You have landed at Lombok International Airport and Kuta is 20 km south. Here is what each option really costs, how long it takes and which one we would choose for your situation.
Lombok International Airport (Bandara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid, code LOP) is in Praya, central Lombok. Kuta is 20 km south, 30 to 40 minutes by car. Senggigi is 1 hour 15 minutes north-west; Bangsal for the Gilis is 1 hour 45 minutes north.
One fixed price per car, 30–40 minutes. A driver waits at arrivals with your name, tracks your flight and takes you to the door of your accommodation. For two or more people it costs about the same as the taxi counter, and there is no queue. This is what we do; see airport to Kuta.
About IDR 250,000–300,000 per car. The official Koperasi taxi desk in arrivals sells fixed-price vouchers by zone. Prices are fair; the downsides are the queue after big arrivals, older cars, and occasional attempts to add “waiting” or “toll” on top. Fine as a fallback.
IDR 25,000–35,000 per person, 60–90 minutes. The government DAMRI bus runs from the airport to Kuta (and to Mataram and Senggigi) roughly hourly until early evening. Cheap and reliable but slow, and it drops on the main road in Kuta, so you still need a ride to your villa with your bags.
IDR 150,000–250,000 if you can get one. Ride-hailing is technically available but drivers are often blocked from the airport pickup zone by the local taxi cooperative. Expect to walk to the main road or be cancelled on. Not recommended with luggage or at night.
IDR 70,000–100,000 per day. A few rental outfits will deliver a scooter to the airport. Only sensible if you are travelling with a small backpack and are already comfortable riding in Indonesia; the airport road is fast and busy with trucks.

The airport counter charges around IDR 250,000–300,000 per car; a pre-booked private driver is a similar fixed price for up to four people. The DAMRI bus is IDR 25,000–35,000 per person.
30 to 40 minutes by car, 60 to 90 minutes by bus.
No Uber. Grab and Gojek operate in Mataram and to a limited extent in Kuta, but are restricted at the airport.
