Airport transfers: the day before is fine, same day is often possible. Day tours and multi-day charters: two to three days ahead. MotoGP weekend, Christmas and New Year: as early as you can.

Per car. Up to four people with luggage in a car, five to seven in a van. The price does not change with the number of people.

The vehicle, a licensed driver, fuel, tolls, parking and any waiting time we agreed. Entrance fees, boats, ferries and meals are extra.

Cash in Indonesian rupiah to the driver at the end of the ride, or Indonesian bank transfer. We do not take cards. There are ATMs at the airport and in Kuta.

Not for airport transfers, surf shuttles or day tours. Multi-day charters and MotoGP weekend bookings may need a small deposit by transfer.

Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup by WhatsApp. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% if the driver has already set off.

We track your flight. The driver adjusts to the actual landing time at no extra charge.

Just outside the arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name. We send you the driver’s name, plate and WhatsApp the evening before.

Yes, booster and infant seats on request at no charge. Tell us the children’s ages when you book.

Yes. Roof racks on every car and long Hiace vans for boardbags, bikes and big groups. No extra charge for boards.

All of our drivers speak conversational English. Tell us if you need another language and we will do our best.

Yes. Our drivers hold Indonesian driving licences and our vehicles are registered and insured for private hire.

Short stops for photos, ATMs, food and toilets are always fine. Longer sightseeing is charged as waiting time or as a charter.

Yes, 24 hours. Pickups between 11 pm and 5 am carry a small night surcharge, included in the price we quote.

Yes. Just tell us the driver’s name and we will schedule them if they are free.

Our drivers act as informal guides. For Rinjani, Sade village and the waterfalls, licensed local guides are required or customary and are paid separately.

Yes. Lombok is a relaxed island and South Lombok is very safe for visitors. The main risks are scooter accidents and sunburn, both of which a driver solves.
